    Hair products, wigs, extensions, and braiding hair must be inspected before use, installation, coloring, washing, cutting, or alteration. Once used or altered, the item is considered accepted and cannot be returned unless legally required.

    1. Salon services

    Salon results may vary depending on hair condition, previous chemical treatments, maintenance, product use, and aftercare. Customers must disclose relevant hair history before services.

    Belle By Bella is not responsible for results affected by undisclosed previous treatments, damaged hair, home coloring, chemical history, or failure to follow aftercare advice.

    1. Appointments, deposits, and cancellations

    Appointments may require a deposit or prepayment. Deposits secure the appointment slot and may be non-refundable in cases of late cancellation, no-show, or repeated rescheduling.

    Customers arriving late may have their service shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on availability.

    1. Refusal of service

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is abusive, disrespectful, threatening, fraudulent, repeatedly cancels, damages property, or behaves in a way that affects staff, clients, or business operations.

    1. Intellectual property

    All website content, images, text, branding, logo, designs, and Belle By Bella materials belong to Belle By Bella or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written consent.
