Refund policy
At Belle By Bella, we take hygiene, product safety, and customer satisfaction very seriously. Due to the nature of our products, not all items are eligible for return.
- Online return period
For eligible online purchases, customers may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received.
To request a return, contact us at sale@bellebybella.com with your order number, full name, reason for return, and photos where applicable.
- Items that cannot be returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:
- Wigs that have been worn, tried on, cut, brushed, styled, washed, altered, or removed from original packaging
- Hair extensions or bundles that have been opened, installed, brushed, washed, colored, cut, or altered
- Braiding hair that has been opened, removed from packaging, used, or altered
- Hair care, cosmetic, and beauty products that have been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with
- Brushes, combs, bonnets, scarves, hair accessories, styling tools, and hygiene-related items once opened or used
- Sale, clearance, promotional, custom, personalized, or special-order items
- Gift cards
This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
- Condition of returned items
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- With all tags, labels, seals, nets, bands, and accessories intact
- In the same condition as received
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
- Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please send:
- Order number
- Clear photos/videos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
If approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
- Shipping costs for returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by Belle By Bella.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refused deliveries and incorrect addresses
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal to accept the package, or failure to collect from the courier, shipping fees are non-refundable.
Additional shipping fees may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
- In-store purchases
Products purchased in-store are not refundable unless faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. Exchanges may be offered at Belle By Bella’s discretion if the item is unused, unopened, and in perfect resale condition.
- Services and appointments
Salon service deposits, booking fees, and appointment payments are subject to Belle By Bella’s booking and cancellation policy. Missed appointments, late cancellations, and no-shows may not be refundable.
