Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends, public holidays, and exceptional high-volume periods.

We currently ship within Spain and selected European destinations. Availability and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier service.
- Delivery times
Estimated delivery times:
- Spain: approximately 2–5 business days
- European Union: approximately 5–10 business days
- Other destinations, if available: delivery time varies
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs, holidays, strikes, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
- Order tracking
Where tracking is available, tracking information will be sent once the order has been dispatched.
- Incorrect delivery details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Belle By Bella is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Lost or delayed parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed, contact us at [ADD EMAIL]. We will assist with courier follow-up where possible, but Belle By Bella is not responsible for courier delays once an order has been dispatched.
- Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, take photos before opening and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- International customs and duties
For orders outside Spain or outside the EU where applicable, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or local charges.
- Store pickup
If store pickup is available, customers will receive instructions once the order is ready for collection. Orders must be collected within the stated collection period.
