1. *Services Offered*: Our salon provides professional hair and makeup services, including braids, Locs, styling, coloring of hair bundles and wigs, treatments, makeup application, and bridal services, and more. Additionally, we offer various hair care products for purchase.

2. *Appointment Booking*: Clients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to ensure availability. Walk-in clients are welcome, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

3. *Cancellation Policy*: We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Late Arrivals: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please notify us if you are running late. Arriving significantly past your scheduled appointment time may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

5. *Service Guarantee*: We strive to provide exceptional service to all our clients. If you are unsatisfied with your service, please let us know within 48 hours, and we will do our best to make it right.

6. *Product Sales*: We sell a variety of hair care products in our salon. These products are selected for their quality and effectiveness. Our staff can provide recommendations based on your hair type and needs.

7. *Product Returns*: We accept returns on unopened and unused products within 15days of purchase. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt.

8. *Payment*: Payment for services and products is due at the time of service or purchase. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms of electronic payment.

9. *Safety and Hygiene*: We adhere to strict cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure the safety of our clients and staff. All equipment and tools are sanitized between uses, and disposable items are properly disposed of.

10. *Children*: We love children, but for their safety and the comfort of our other clients, we ask that children be supervised at all times while in the salon.
